It’s a simple practical approach that helps people handle real world problems. Whether it’s results and relationships, confidence and humility, or stability and change. When we overuse one, we damage the other. I help audiences move from tension to transformation, from conflict to connection, and from feeling stuck to seeing new possibility. I’m Kelly Sonabria, a leadership coaching consultant with over twenty years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I’m a certified leadership coach from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and I bring warmth, energy, and heart to every stage.
